Phoenix Ryders Return Policy

No Reason Return

Returning Products within 7 Days of Purchase:

  1. You can return it to PHOENIX RYDERS service center in U.S. and get full refund within 7 days after you receive it.
  2. We will arrange the refund within 15 days after we receive the package.
  3. The Product(s)need to be unused and have no effect to the second sales.
  4. You need to bear the round-trip freight.

Returning Products within 30 Days of Purchase:

  1. You can return it to PHOENIX RYDERS service center in U.S. and get refund within 30 days after you receive it.
  2. We will arrange the refund within 15 days after we receive the package.  
  3. All the artificial damage is not included.
  4. You need to bear the round-trip freight. 
  5. We will deduct the return loss expenses( P6$100, P5 $70, P4/P3/P2/P1 $50...).
  6. We will check with the board before we refund you.

Phoenix Ryders reserves all the rights for the final explanation.
