INCORRECT ADDRESS OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS :
If you provided us with an inaccurate shipping address or the shipment was refused by the recipient and your order is returned to us by the shipping company, we will refund your purchase minus a 60% restocking fee and original shipping charges and will also deduct additional shipping charges for the return (as charged to us by the shipping company). We count on you to provide the correct shipping address for your order, therefore, please be sure provide us with the correct and complete shipping address for your order. We urge you to do your homework before purchasing as we do not accept returns thus charging the above-mentioned restocking fee.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT :
All unauthorized returns will be refused, you must contact us first to return any item, and simply shipping the item back to us can result in lost packages or additional processing charges that will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in its original shape and original manufacturer’s packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. If the product is not returned to us with all of the original packaging or it is not in “as-new” conditions, it will be sent back to you. No partial returns will be accepted. All items must be returned with shipping pre-paid. Under no circumstances is user-damaged product returnable. We don’t accept any product if it is not in its original brand new condition or missing parts, or has signs of use or misuse, or is not suitable for resale. On returned product, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded (unless the return is a result of our error on our part).
To start a return, you can contact us at support@electricboardsdirect.com within 30 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on getting a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
